Am I allowed to drive out of state with an Illinois learners permit?

I'm going to be at my dads house this summer and he lives in Florida and I'm not sure if I can drive with my permit in that state. I'll be there for half of the summer and and I'm not even half way there yet with my hours and my birthday is coming up very soon!
