Piano players! Where can I find a website that shows piano chords for a song?

I want to learn the songs Did I Ever Tell You by nick Lachey and ordinary day by him also on the piano. I'm having trouble finding a good website to look at the chords though. A video of the person playing works for me as well because I am a sight learner. I usually like the videos better but I cannot read sheet music so do not suggest that to me please!!! Any other website would be greatly appreacated (:
