Cons: Are the immigration laws in Arizona racist?

It is a common stereotype that most illegal immigrants are Hispanics. Per se you are Hispanic. Does the police have the right to question your legality in this country solely based on that stereotype? I find the law racist, and should fairly be looked at more for the sake of the people's interest. What do you think?
