Salvia divinorum legality in Lithuania. Where to buy it?

Hello everyone. I live in Lithuania. I wanna buy some salvia divinorum from the internet. Is it legal in my country? Sorry, i couldn't find any information in lithuanian sites. Please post some sites where i can find some salvia in good quality. Thanks :)
