ok..obviously shes not being a good friend if shes ignoring you on purpose? but i see that you really care for her and you should let her know and if she doesn't listen then screw her you could do better :) but what i would do is tell her in person. Tell her how much its hurting you. I don't understand how she can always be busy but if so then don't text her, see if she even notices that you aren't texting her no more. And if she still isn't talking to you then YES please just go up to her and tell her how you feel. Don't do it over text :)
