Do high schools kick you out at 18 in Michigan?

Im turning 18 in the Fall. Ill be a Jr. Ive always been on the honor roll. So I wanted to know. Should I finish school or go to adult ed.... Just asking. But I plan on finishing h.s. .... Thanks
