Do you think my friend is a bad influence?

so me and my friend blair have known eachother for 10 years, she transferred back into my school like 2 months ago. and my mom said shes changed and shes like a bad influence, cuz we r in 6th grade and were both 12. and blair is really pretty and she has big and she wears alot of makeup. and all the guys think shes so hot. and she has boyfriends. but once when i was at her house and her and my other friend tried a cigarette but i never did. and they smoked it like 3 times. blair is the most popular girl at my school, but people call her a slut sometimes. she wears bombshell bras and thongs too. and once she made out with her bf with her bra on only, but it was his idea. but she is so talented, she is a really good dancer and she learns things so quickly, shes a self learner. and she is so pretty but she doesn't think so, shes insecure and she uses makeup to hide it. her dad left her and her mom only cares about her other baby daughter. and her mom lets her do whatever she wants. i really want to be her friend, cuz well she is the most popular girl and ever since she came back ive been really more popular. so even if she is a bad influence im still gonna be her friend. so do you think she is a bad influence?
