Is salvia legal in the United States Virgin Islands?

So I was interested in getting some salvia and was wondering about the legal status of it the United States Virgin Islands? I was talking to a "support person" online from a store that sells salvia and she said it is legal here and I would have no problem receiving and I wouldnt be breaking any laws, but when I asked a friend that lives here, he said it was illegal. So is it legal or illegal? And if it is legal can you back it up with some sort of doentation or a webpage stating its legality
