Motorcycle for 15 year old?

Ok so I'm going to be 15 in September. And I was online and I was thinking that I wanted to get a bike to ride to school (high school so imma be lookin pimp if I ride a motorbike in the school parking lot xP oh btw, lol im a girl xD). So I went online to find a motorbike that I would be able to ride and found a Moped Scooter. Since it's a scooter, I think I would be able to ride it to and from school. Maybe, even, to other places. But idk how fast it goes and I dont have my learners permit yet soo...yea. Would I be able to drive this if I saved up to buy it??
