Do I need to go to an entry level program before doctorate?

The doctorate is typically the final degree earned. You need to have at least a Bachelor's degree before you can enter a graduate program (some programs will make you earn a Master's on the way to the doctorate, but some will just track you right into a doctorate program and while you will finish the requirements for a Master's degree you won't actually get one)
