Has the SCOTUS ruled on the legality of recording police officers in public with video equipment?

Considering the epidemic of police brutality across the USA, and the vehement reactions of police when discovered they were filmed. It seems the the highest court in the land should determine if we are to become subjugated by the police state or uphold our constitutional liberties.
