How do I hook up with this woman?

Hi everyone, I go to college and, have cl with 'Adult Learners'. I am 18 years old, and there is this very attractive 25-30 yr old woman in the cl who want to hook up with me. I know this cus she always tells me hi, and I always bump into her. Whenever her friends are close by, they leave and signal to me to go talk to her, and now one of them has told me she likes me. I would love to hook up with her, but my problem is, how to I make the killer move? How do I break the touch barrier, and get her horny. Most of the time I see her is in the library. There was even a time when she was very horny and she was showing me her , but I dont understand how dumb i was then, cus i didn't get the signal.
