How to speak English with confidence?

If your speaking is as good as your writing, and I think it is, then your only problem is your self confidence. People couldn't tell you how well you speak if you didn't speak at all so, without being egotistical, accept the praise and continue to strive to improve. To put it briefly: Keep up the good work.
