Motorcycle Learners Permit?

I have driven many different off road motorcycles. But I want to drive my 2008 Yamaha R6 yellow and black flames. Is there any way for me to get my Motorcycle Learners Permit at 15 in Pennsylvania any possible way please please post below if you know any. There must be some type of loopole or something REMEBER AGE 15
