Today I crashed my car?

Today in a supermarket car park i was coming along the road out whilst someone was coming up to a junction in the car park she failed to give way to me and hit me in the drivers door and spun my car right round, I am currently a learner driver and was in the car with my dad I have learner insurance and my dad is insured and over 25 with more than 3 years driving experience which means he can mind me whilst i am driving, the woman admitted to it being her fault but who's insurance should we inform mine or my mum and dads policy?
