Crossing Us/Canada border?

There is no add on to a learner's permit. The enhanced DL is only an option when you have a full license, not a learner's. If you are a US citizen, you have to contact the US pport office to find out how much your pport will cost - they aren't issued by Canada so no one here has any idea of how much it's going to cost you.
