I having trouble conceration with tests?

well i have a learner disable and it seems like i cannot p a job with tests, like walmart, jcpenny's sears , usps, security guard, etc. its either to hard or the time extension is to quick for me. even the TSA jobs they has tests to. i take medcations and my memory isn't good. I just don't know what to do. I have a job coach. in session. but I haven't heard anything who is going to be my job coach. I hate when jobs give you tests. its not fair and I cannot p with a perfect score. help me
