I'm trying to figure out what I shoud do after college.?

I'm a health science major but I don't know what careers come with that would fit my personality. I like helping people, making a difference in a persons life, talking but not in big groups, I'm a fast learner, good with my hands, I'm good at relating to people's problems and making them feel comfortable, I've been told I'm charming, I'm always energetic and thinking positively. Please help me figure out what would be a good career path for me as a health science major.
