What do you think...............?

I'm 24 years old and work for an adult ed program. Students sometimes give me problems like they don't want to hear what I have to say, they question my answers, they have attitudes when I try to help them, etc. I think it's because a lot of them are older than me. I have noticed that patience and time works best.
